Producing fully tested and inspected high quality machines and assemblies. Our in house team is supported by our specialised group sub-contractors. We are able to take your existing designs in what-ever form and deliver a completed machine. We can also offer to bring your documentation up to date and provide an accurate BOM.

Bespoke Machinery

Solving your Unique Problems

Working with you to understand all the intricacies which are unique to your application, our team proposes initial machine concepts using a combination of Autocad and Solidworks, revising designs until the concept is finalised. We then complete full and detailed designs typically with multiple touch points throughout the process to ensure all parties are satisfied. Previously we have also built proof of concepts concurrently with the full machine design. These can be invaluable in ensuring a successful end outcome as it is always easier to integrate any improvements at the design stage prior to entering the full issue of designs and build of the machine.

Hexatomic specialises in the integration of industrial robots into automation solutions. We are not tied to any supplier so we are able to offer the best solution to your needs. Robots are frequently seen in the mass production of cars, they are now used frequently in various different applications. We have a wealth of experience in the design of robot cells and integrated machinery including EOAT (End of arm tooling). We use 3D design and simulation to verify all elements of our solutions.

Hexatomic provides a range of solutions for the loading of products into trays, cases, cartons and film. Integrated as part of our wrap-around machines, or standalone with upstream tray formers. We select the best solution to collate and handle your products, be it with robotics, servos or simple pneumatic actions, We are able to provide the equipment to suit your requirements.
